About your stay
With a picture-perfect setting on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah Island, the 5* Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is an Asian-inspired hotel, that features a private sandy beach, exclusively for guest use. There are also 3 swimming pools and a Thai-inspired spa for guest use. You'll have your choice of 4 restaurants and bars.
The standout feature of the hotel though is the rooms. Ranging from a standard double to a luxury over water villa, they all feature personal Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi and flat screen TV. Upgrade to a room with balcony from an extra £25pp or have direct lagoon access from an extra £160pp. The Beach Pool Villa comes with a private infinity pool and Over Water Villas hang over the sea.

Information on Ramadan
This year Ramadan, which is the holy month of fasting, takes place between May 15 to June 15, 2018. What does that mean for travelling Westerners? Westerners are not expected to obey by the fasting rules, however it is polite to adhere to local customs whenever possible, for example by dressing conservatively when visiting public places and not eating in public during daylight. Usually hotels and resorts however operate as usual, and malls in Dubai have extended their opening hours to about 1am, with restaurants staying open until 2am.
