About your stay

From the historic building to the Venetian Baroque interior, there is no denying this boutique hotel is filled with charm. Located on the actual island of Venice (normally a pricey option) the Sant'Angelo water-bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and water taxis can drop you off right in front of the hotel door. It's also close to the Opera House and a leisurely 10-minute walk from Saint Mark’s Square.

Although simple from the outside, the hotel is decked out in period chandeliers and bedframes. Breakfast is served downstairs each morning and restaurants nearby offer a variety of cuisine.

Getting to/from the airport

You'll need to get from the airport to central Venice so Rome2Rio is your friend. You can get a bus and train, which is the cheapest option at just £2-£11 per person, but will take over an hour of your time. The quickest way, via taxi, is also the most expensive; it will cost you around £70 per car each way. You can also check out HolidayTaxis for airport transfers; they can work out better value when there is a group or family travelling together.
