Just weeks before Uber begin their appeal against Transport for London's decision to not issue a new operators licence to the controversial ride hailing app, it's been confirmed on LBC that an eighteen month licence has been applied for in a bid to prove they are now a fit and proper company deserving of a licence.
According to a report on LBC, there are senior executives at TfL, and City Hall, who think it would be better if Uber win the appeal at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
